Recode the commands to work with a Database file.

Temporary fix for #20

First time starting up the chat bot (not live or getting ready to go live, just to look around and possibly set up some commands) and I am presented with the following three errors:

If I need to run this as admin, that's not a problem.

All requests to API server are coming back as 404 due to the requests being redirected to https.

In dev version, I can connect more than once by leaving main page and going back.

Results in errors, disabling for now.

It seems that the bot has a issue reading files for some reason, this will require me to code a logging feature into the Application.

Code a updater that checks for updated versions of the App.

I was going to install the bot just for my user (Windows 10 Pro) and instead of dropping it in AppData, it still tried to install into C:\Program Files\ w/o asking for proper admin permissions.
