Error on 'make run'

Hi,
I really would love to set this up on my raspberry pi 4, but I run into a problem.

I cloned the repository, executed the init and build command. So good so far.
As soon as I execute the make run command it gets me the following error:

ubuntu@ubuntu:~/internet-monitor$ make run

Can you assist me what causes this issue?
I have no clue..

Error during `make run`

During make run I get the following error message:

Can you support me to solve it?

Setup alertmanager with xmatters

Xmatters offers a free paging service that I would like to use to test and validate my internet outage.

The goal is to enable alertmanager, configure rules, and set up it to send to a xmatters account. In the end, I should be able to receive downtime notifications on my phone.
