check if user sending commands is bot or no

Docs and Demo links both go back to the repo root

The links in the readme seem to be wrong, perhaps.
Seems like clicking on the wiki tab goes back to the repo root too, are there any docs?

I'm curious whether this is controlled from the discord side or the telegram side, which the readme docs don't seem to cover, and no other docs seem to be available

t.help command does not work in DMs on rewrite

Ping command does not work in DMs on rewrite

fix readme's link to typescript

currently has a bad cert error for going to https://typescriptlang.org instead of https://www.typescriplang.org

I'd fix it now but I'm tired and will do so in the morning along with some other fixes

Profile Command is currently not working on rewrite

regex doesn't properly recognize http telegram links and only allows https
