If the ftp config is missing (i.e empty host name, user and pass), the app does 
not complain and still 
logs the uploading of the generated artifacts. It should either complain or at 
least not log the fact 
they're uploaded... since they're not.

Not sure it's due to uberjar, since the banner and "starting..." messages 
appear pretty quickly.
