Assume that csv-reconcile is already installed rather than making it an explicit dependency. This allows us to release that package without having to republish this one. It does mean that tests must be run to ensure that compatibility of the plugin API remains, but this is handled with tests in the main package.

TypeError: can't multiply sequence by non-int of type 'float'

The values for left and right are strings, so it makes better sense to change this line to be
ln = max(len(left), len(right)) * 1.0
