Unfortunately there aren't currently any packages provided for CentOS/RHEL, but patches to add them would be welcomed! 😄

Also, Is GLB supports UDP custom applications?

UDP payloads aren't currently supported, and for the most part the majority of GLB's logic around connection forwarding wouldn't be possible since UDP doesn't have the concept of connections between endpoints. It would be possible to hash UDP packets using ports alone providing there were no expectations of consistency or draining, though generally it's possible to use BGP alone for that since it has the same guarantees for UDP-only (connectionless) traffic.
