I suspect the go install command was intended to be run after checking out this repository, e.g.:
$ git clone https://github.com/git-lfs/lfs-test-server
$ cd lfs-test-server
$ go install github.com/github/lfs-test-serverIf you feel like submitting a patch to update the README that would be lovely! Otherwise I will aim to make a small PR in the next while.
