This package is a copy from Orebro University's perception_oru codebase found at https://github.com/OrebroUniversity/perception_oru/tree/port-kinetic/ndt_map.

This package has been modified from the original source code to be standalone and integrated with colcon.

The license in the original codebase is applicable to this repository.
