AudioExtended.h missing for compilation

Hey Tomahs, long time no speak :)

I'm getting the following errors when compiling:

I've installed teensy and do have these libraries installed.
I can't find anything online about AudioExtended.h?
I cannot find any other files named SD.h or others, neither in /Application/Arduino or ~/Documents/Arduino/libraries or anywhere, really..

Any clue or hints?

BOM issues

Hi,

currently I'm looking up the parts at my favorite dealer. The MPN for the upright audio jacks is missing. Got it from the schematic but they are difficult to order anyhow.
I would suggest to use the horizontal ones here as well, or at least make it an option by version or multipad (put pad layout for both parts one above the other).
