I have HP 840 g3 with spec:
BIOS: N75 (ver. 01.49)
CPU: Intel Core i5 6300U @ 2.4 GHz (Skylake, 2 cores, 4 HT)
Chipset: Intel 100 Series
GPU: integrated Intel HD Graphics 520
Display: 1920x1080
Ethernet: Intel I219LM
Wifi + BT: 8260

It was installed Big Sur 11.2.2. And WiFi isn't fast, but work.

Mute button was hidden and sound card doesn't work, not headphone, not speakers.
I changed config.plist: added alcid=3, and mute button show and enable. But not finding any sound device.
I tried change AppleALC file from Catalina 10.15.7, but unsuccessful.

And ethernet doesn't work. Doesn't find ethernet card. I tried change kext: IntelMausi.kext. But unsuccessful.

Do you have any idea, how fix this issues?

Hi, i had big problems with my HP 840 G4, only up to Bios Version P78 v.1.29 / v.1.3.1 was bootable by Clover/openCore. now i found a patch and a ACPI Solution from another repository of hp 850 g5. this works great! you can find it on my github. Greetings from hungary

Can you please provide you exact bios version because this EFI not working on my latest bios.
During installation laptop restart and after that just restating again and again nothing else happen.

battery icon/percentage isn't showing even though it's checked in the settings

This is a "feature" of VoodooPS2Controller. Im now searching for how to disable that "feature"

I first had to update OpenCore on the EFI provided, before doing that I was stuck on a black screen. But I got shortly after that stuck on the OC Boot Menu with no macOS option (I have the USB plugged in ofc, and I haven't yet installed macOS)

Need to block AppleIntelWifi from injecting in config. For now blocking in config.plist doesn't solve the issue

Maybe I am missing something but I do not seem to see this zip file located within the releases section or the file repository.

After the message I am getting a black screen
