1. create two classes, one in classic folder, one in hotdeploy
2. run mvn hodeploy:exploded

On class in WEB-INF/dev and one in WEB-INF/classes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Currently it's not possible to configure a seam-war packaged project to
create a non-hot packaged WAR file. This should be possible for production
deployments.

When deploying to a running instance, deployment failes as the JBoss
deployer will probably pick up the new .war folder before every file is
copied. This results in an incomplete deployment.
