I downloaded the program, opened the folder in the command line, and typed in the name of the EXE file hoping to get one of those things that tells you how to use it, but it just sat there. Not even so much as an error. I tried the obvious, entering the command followed by the path and filename of a known VTF 7.5 file. Still just sat there. No error message, nothing. I finally had to download the source code in the hopes that maybe I could decypher what it does and reverse-engineer its proper operation, and lo and behold, there was my coveted Readme file.

I was able to figure out how to convert all my files (I'm helping back-port the models from the Source Filmmaker leak into TF2), but in the future, would it be too much to ask for some basic error trapping in the event that people can't guess the proper syntax, and to have the Readme file moved into the regular download?

This is weird, and I'm not sure how it's even possible to code a program that does this, but when the program finishes its operations, it just sits there rather than kicking me back out to the command prompt. I have to either hit Ctrl-C or close the terminal window.
