Add in gem and code for GitHub login

As an Authenticated User,
after I login,
I expect to view my dashboard which includes:
-profile pic
-number of starred repos
-followers
-following

As an Authenticated user,
when I visit my dashboard,
I can click on the name of a user I am following,
and see recent activity for that user.

As a new visitor,
When I am on the splash page,
and I click Login with Github,
I expect to be taken to the Github site,
and be asked if I want the app to use my GitHub data,
and when I select yes,
I expect to be taken to a dashboard with my info on it.

This deployment should have Splash Page, Login, and Dashboard

As an authenticated user,
when I visit my dashboard,
and I click "Recent Activity",
Then I should view a page with my recent GitHub activity including:
-Recent commits

As a returning user,
when I click Login with GitHub,
I expect to be taken to my dashboard,
and see my GitHub information

As an Authenticated user,
when I visit my dashboard,
and I click My Organizations,
I expect to see a list of organizations I am a member of.

Implement Puma as the server

use api only

As an Authenticated user,
when I visit my dashboard,
and I click, "My Repositories"
I expect to be take to a page that shows a list of all my repositories.

As any kind of user,
When I visit the root URL of the site,
I expect to be shown a page titled "LitHub"
and have a link to login with GitHub

As an authenticated user,
when I visit my dashboard,
and I click "Contributions",
Then I should see a page with my GitHub contributions including:
-Contributions in last year
-Longest streak
-Current streak
