I understand this is a work in progress, and I appreciate the effort you've put into this, as it's been a nightmare to get a second model working with arfoundation.

Just wanted to give an update that I'm unable to get the tracking for the second puppet to work with your project.

I was also curious how you were able to extract the controlledRobot from the arfoundations_examples repo. I was very excited to see that you had included a model called "controlled_robot.fbx" because if it was the same model it would allow me to skin a new moodel. But it seems that you must have included it as a test, with a different skeletal structure than the working arfoundations robot and it doesn't seem to be actually used by the scene.
