make sure that we can animate and control the radius of the menu, the spacing of the icons, make sure that the z order works well when they overlap.
For such a piece of ui we need a general solution that will allow us to place the tooltip flexibly and to tweak the size of the menu, for example to port the game to mobile, or allow people to create mobile RPGs

Also that way we can reuse the menu for the map as well to open the inventory etc.
You don't have to do everything, I can continue the implementation tomorrow based on your pr. I want v0.2 to be done by the end of the month and this is one of the last tasks to do
