Missing lambda-entrypoint.sh

Trying to following your steps but when I run your docker run command, I get this error:

docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:380: starting container process caused: exec: "/opt/lambda-entrypoint.sh": stat /opt/lambda-entrypoint.sh: no such file or directory: unknown.

When I inspect /opt in your base image, I don't find some of the files mentioned in your readme:
