Add ability to specify PixelMaps and WCS straight from a dictionary, not just read from YAML file.

The origin member of GalSimWCS is not being used in the transformations.

Build a wrapper class around PixelMapCollection that will build pixel maps using the data on individual CCDs and exposures that has been pulled out of zone solutions for the entire Wide survey and stored in FITS files and database tables.

Since astropy gnomonic projections are slow, put some code in here to do it faster, for the cases where client does not have the relevant galsim module available.

Since numpy poly2d is slow, copy the faster code from galsim into this routine for the cases where the client does not have galsim loaded.

I get errors about a bytes-like object is required not str

pickle files are not portable across python versions, not even minor version changes, so it might be a good time to consider a different way to store the data.
