New idea of infrastructure

Device connects to a MQTT broker aswell as server-device.

Server-device listens to SYS on connect topic, when sees new device connecting veryfies it and publish data to realtime database, clients from web can subscribe to those devices.

Server-device listens to SYS on disconnect topic, when he sees a disconnect, he changes status to false on realtime database.

Server-device also subscribes to device requests on realtime database and on message on this topic, it sends data to MQTT broker, and handle it.

Server-client can be successfully skipped when doing this way.

Setup IoT core

will close #13 because It supports MQTT, also think if aws iot core or google iot core
