Determine our goals for project in terms of 'success' metrics. E.g. how many phone calls that aren't our friends etc.

Will potentially be simpler than asking to type a phrase + accent. Will also give us ability to add messages that are spoken or clips from movies etc.

If our marketing goal is to track number of calls made to people that are not our friends, how do we track this?

My thoughts are that we will want to do a few things to track the site's usage to ensure actual usage:

• single place for us to view total phone calls + maybe a chart of calls over time?
• potentially filter out our own phonebooks?
• ensure phone calls made are to actual people (either via successful calls or by pickups?)

Probably needs more discussion.

A branding that matches what we want the site to communicate. Also involved ... deciding what we want to communicate.
