Remove "animated gif" info

Need Help PR for "Learn more about data storage..."
The Data Storage tab on Dashboard-->Game API has the below copy with a needed help link.
"Data Storage Items
You can use the API to store data... in the cloud! All stored data items will show up here.
Currently, you can only view (and remove) globally stored data items. Stored user data items are not viewable at this time.
Learn more about data storage..."
Version #s, packages, releases, editing releases, deleting releases, managing
Ooops! We left out this entire section in the dev guide. Let's add them!
Auth links have shorter URLs in WTTF
We have to remember to change them when we launch. Rather than /auth/login it's just /login, for example.
I'll put in a list of all the changed URLs here when we're ready to do this.
