motion_energy_matlab's Issues

nishimoto_2011_val_1min.mat git-annex?

If you would like I could add that file under git annex control so anyone cloning this repo could just git annex get it if they have git annex installed

No pressure whatever

octave compatibility

to be noted in README and tested (see #2 ;) ) more, but it seems to work! It is still running but seems to be doing the "right thing" (even showed some plot):

Visualize in pycortex?

Is there any way to visualize the results of this modeling in pycortex? I can't seem to figure it out from the docs.
