Use the google api to keep track of who is signed in, which prevents the data from being removed when the tab refreshes, an alternative to this method is caching the data locally and store it until the whole browser is closed, although i don't know how that works.

remove a name from the list but do not sign them out while doing so. maybe holding shift while clicking the name?

upon doing... something... make a window that showcases who has signed in but forgot to sign out, as well as an easy way to give them a time to sign them out right then and there. if i can remember this tomorrow i will make a template flowchart to solidify this idea

Upon entering a name, send an event with a timestamp (same way as the chatroom sends the data to firebase, which contains the current date and name of what was sent, as well as signing out on click.
