Hey I'm interested in this project because I need to intercept the phone number but I don't know the setup in a sense what kind of hardware I need to make it work, like a landline phone with raspberry pi is it possible , how can I connect them with each other?

And which port is it /dev/tty.usbmodem0000001 ? If you can give some pointers. I can work on this project so it can work on recent version
