There's an installer bug:

File: Eddy.exe.config has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

This is a problem with the System.Deployment class being different between VS2012 and VS 2015/VSCommunity. Did you compile with VS2012?

Recompiling the software under VS2015/Community will solve this issue.

Hi not sure if this is relevant but I realy couldn't find this in your code
So I would like to ask how did you parse M3u files in C# (do you have some function or class for this?)

The zip file at https://gabrieldenys.github.io/ has a outdated app maybe.
