It would be greate if an expansion of a @d macro could contain another macro.

Example:

<@d:Figure=Figure <@n:figures>:>

One could then write

<@r:Figure> An example figure

which would then expand to

Figure <@n:figures>: An example figure

which would then expand to

Figure 1: An example figure

It would be nice to add a command-line switch to scriv4lean which would force recheck of all URLs (in the book and in the bibliography) and generate a report.
