Renomeie o arquivo .env.example para .env e configure as variávels de conexão com o banco.

De dentro da pasta raiz do projeto execute o comando de instalação das dependências com o composer:

composer install

Após a conclusão da instalação das dependências pelo composer execute os comandos para instalar as migrations:

php artisan migrate:install

php artisan migrate:refresh

Após a criação das tabelas do banco de dados com o migrate rode o comando para popular com dados fake pelo seeder

php artisan db:seed

Para iniciar o servidor interno do Laravel rode o seguitne comando:

php artisan serve

Pronto! Agora acesse a aplicação no endereço local mostrado no terminal, geralmente é http://127.0.0.1:8000
