btlogin's Issues

Login script doesn't get called

I've linked the script into /etc/travelmate.
The script logs me in nicely if I run it manually.
I've associated the script with travel mate on the travel mate configuration page in Luci.
BUT, if never seems to get called. I get logged out from BT after 24 hours and have to go in and run the script manually.

  1. Do you get logged out after 24 hours? (It's always been the case for me, so nothing new.)
  2. If you were logged out, does travel mate auto log you back in?
  3. If so, any suggestions as to what I've done wrong?

Thanks.

BTWifi-with-FON gone?

Has BT removed the FON option? The SSID changed to BTWi-fi a while back and now the FON login option appears to have gone.

Doesn't appear to work for BTWifi-with-FON logins

It seems there are two types of BT hotspot: BT Wifi and BTWifi-with-FON. (I think BT Wifi has superseded BTWifi-with-FON.)

My username and password never allow me to use BT Wifi hotspots, but always allow me to use BTWifi-with-FON.

The method of access (URLs, etc.) are (slightly) different between the two and your script, as it stands, doesn't appear to work for me. I have, however, got it to work with some modifications. I thought you might like to add them to make your script more universal.
