Nextbus WS https 503

Rehosted etappe on https://fweiss.github.io/sketch/etappe. In order to comply with browser no mixed content, the sf-muni and bart web service schemes were changed to https. The sf-muni endpoint returns 503

How to reproduce: Go to https://fweiss.github.io/sketch/etappe. Select SFMUNI. View iin network inspector.

Can also reproduce with Postman with URI https://webservices.nextbus.com/service/publicXMLFeed?a=sf-muni&command=routeConfig

Response: 503
