Related to #5.

At some point, we'll want to break up our existing monolithic README.MD into a bunch of smaller readmes--one of each control, and move those into the directory where the respective controls actually live.

Design TBD, but this is something I keep running into, and would really like to have out of the box.

The flyout used to display error messages steals focus when it appears. Any hacky workarounds involving quickly moving focus back to the TextBox end up backfiring pretty spectacularly.

The solution probably involves replacing the Flyout with a custom Popup, disabling the Light Dismiss behavior and just handling that sort of thing when the TextBox loses focus ourselves.

The eventual goal is for each namespace in Controls to become its own NuGet package, so people can pull in just the bits and pieces they need. This is probably going to mean some pretty radical restructuring of the project at some point, but I'd like to establish a baseline of a few controls before we start heading down that road.

I also don't know exactly what making this happen would entail, as I don't have any experience in packaging things for NuGet. Any input would be appreciated.
