Button map mismatch. about arcade-tmnt_mister HOT 4 OPEN

This is not entirely accurate. The UK cabs I used to play on as a teenager have large square buttons on the cabinet face labelled 'start', independent of the attack buttons. These would flash upon inserting a credit. Whether this was mapped to attack as well I can't remember. I have the Euro board so should check really. Image attached for reference.

Users should not be prompted to map 'Start' buttons, since there are none.

We had one at a pizza place I would go to frequently, there were no start buttons. However, having a separate start button is one of the nice benefits of not being constrained to original hardware design, if desired. Depends on what the core developer wants to do at the end of the day. Neither way is the "correct" one.

For the "accurate" button layout, the Attack button should be renamed to "Attack/Start" and the "Start" button removed, but this is mostly a design philosophy choice and not all that important. (e.g. https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Arcade-Joust2_MiSTer/blob/master/Arcade-Joust2.sv#L225)
