Project should have a license

Hello!

My company is looking to use this project to help deploy LibreNMS internally, but we need to make some modifications specific to us. We're hesitant to do so without knowing the license, however. Would you be able to explicitly license this repo?

PVC for rrdcached StatefulSet?

Seems like rrdcached needs a persistent volume in order to avoid data loss on recreation. The database is persisted but without the RRD data the graphs will not be.

Also, thanks for putting this together!
