EN: Installing Licensed Burp Suite Professional on Mac OS

Installation:

1- Download the .zip file via Github.

2- You must have Homebrew installed on your system. For this https://brew.sh visit the site. If Homebrew is installed, skip this step.

3- You must have the wget package installed on your system. To install it, open Terminal and type the command brew install wget. If wget is installed, skip this step.

4- You must have Java version 20 installed on your system. For this, visit https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#java20. If it is installed, skip this step.

5- Unzip Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main.zip and extract it to the desktop.

6- Open the terminal, navigate to the desktop folder and go inside the folder. > cd Desktop/Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main

7- Open the Setup.sh file with root access. > sudo bash Setup.sh

8- After the necessary downloads are provided, the Keygen and Burp Suite program will open. (If you see it) In the Burp Suite program, select I Accept in the contract section. Come to the Enter License section.

9- Copy and paste the code from the License section in the Keygen program into the Burp Suite program and click next.

10- On the new screen in the Burp Suite program, select Manual Activation. Copy the code that appears in the second section by clicking on "copy request".

11- Paste the copied code into the Activation Request section in the keygen program.

12- Paste the code that appears in the Activation Response section in the keygen program into the third section in the Burp Suite program and click next.

13- And successfully installed Burp Suite Professional licensed.

14- After installation, you can open the Burp Suite Professional.app extension program in the Burp Suite Professional.app.zip folder in the Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main folder.

15- If you change the location of the Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main folder downloaded to the desktop, you need to run Setup.sh again. After Setup.sh is installed, you can close the opened programs and open the program with the .app extension file. You don't need to license it again.

16- You can copy and paste the .app file from the Finder to the Applications section to make it appear among your applications. You can also drag it to the Dock.

TR: Mac OS'a Lisanslı Burp Suite Professional kurulumu

Kurulum:

1- Github üzerinden .zip uzantılı dosyayı indirin.

2- Sisteminizde Homebrew'ın yüklü olması gerekiyor. Bunun için https://brew.sh/index_tr sitesini ziyaret edin. Homebrew yüklüyse bu adımı atlayın.

3- Sisteminizde wget paketinin yüklü olması gerekiyor. Yüklemek için Terminali açın ve brew install wget komutunu yazın. Wget yüklüyse bu adımı atlayın.

4- Sisteminizde Java 20 versiyonunun yüklü olması gerekiyor. Bunun için https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#java20 sitesini ziyaret edin. Yüklü ise bu adımı atlayın.

5- Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main.zip dosyasını açıp, masaüstüne çıkarın.

6- Terminali açın, masaüstü klasörüne gelin ve klasörün içine girin. > cd Desktop/Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main

7- Kök erişim izni vererek ile Setup.sh dosyasını açın. > sudo bash Setup.sh

8- Gerekli indirmeler sağlandıktan sonra Keygen ve Burp Suite programı açılacak.(Eğer karşınıza çıkarsa) Burp Suite programında açılan sözleşme kısmında I Accept seçeneğini seçin. Enter License kısmına gelin.

9- Keygen programındaki License kısmındaki kodu kopyalayıp açılan Burp Suite programına yapıştırın ve next diyin.

10- Burp Suite programında gelen yeni ekranda Manual Activation seçeneğini seçin. İkinci kısımda çıkan kodu "copy request" seçeneğine tıklayarak kopyalayın.

11- Kopyalanan kodu keygen programındaki Activation Request kısmına yapıştırın.

12- Keygen programındaki Activation Response kısmında çıkan kodu Burp Suite programındaki Üçüncü kısıma yapıştırın ve next diyin.

13- Ve başarıyla Burp Suite Professional lisanslı bir şekilde kurulmuştur.

14- Kurulumdan sonra, Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main klasöründe yer alan Burp Suite Professional.app.zip klasörü içinde yer alan Burp Suite Professional.app uzantılı programı açabilirsiniz.

15- Eğer masaüstüne indirilen Burp-Suite-Professional-for-Mac-OS-main klasörünün yerini değiştirirseniz, tekrar Setup.sh dosyasını çalıştırmanız gerekiyor. Setup.sh yüklendikten sonra açılan programları kapatıp .app uzantılı dosya ile programı açabilirsiniz. Tekrar lisanslamanıza gerek yok.

16- Uygulamalarınızın arasında gözükmesi için .app Uzantılı dosyayı kopyalayıp Finder'dan Uygulamalar kısmına yapıştırabilirsiniz. Dock'a da sürükleyebilirsiniz.

17- Herkesin yapabileceği biçimde anlattım. Hata alan veyahut sorusu olan bana ulaşabilir. İyi kullanımlar :)
