Currently the plugin works with calendarPattern() which is basically just an 2D array containing the hour as first index and quarter as second index.

There should be a proper data structure to

• create an empty calendar (given a timespan of more than one day)
• set busy appointments
• retrieve available appointment given a timerange, duration and index (so when the first one is declined search the second available appointment)

There should also be a routine to match those data structures against each other to get an available appointment among multiple calendars.

Keep in mind that in future there could be other calendar services besides Google to write plugins for.

Currently the plugin creates auth tokens and just reads appointments. This works as expected but the plugin should also be able to book appointments.
