Not able to find the sift4 module

I am just looking into how to use the broca. I ran into few issues any help will be appreciated.

The same error occurred for the Pipeline so I removed it form the init.py file.

Another Error occurred: from broca.distance.sift4 import sift4
ImportError: No module named distance.sift4

Missing package pipeline error.

ImportError: No module named pipeline

What packages am I missing? I have installed everything according to the requirements.txt. And I am currently running on python 2.7

requirements.txt should specify latest version of spacy

Currently broca installs spacy==0.84. But when you run python -m spacy.en.download, it throws a weird error: preshed.counter.PreshCounter has the wrong size, try recompiling

Bumping to spacy==0.88 seems to fix this problem.
