If you already have a working installation of numpy and scipy, the easiest way to install scikit-learn is using pip
pip install -U scikit-learn
or conda:
conda install scikit-learn

pip install wordcloud
Install NLTK: run sudo pip install -U nltk

    vectorize docs
python document_vectorization_soci.py
    build overall cloud
python overall_cloud.py
    do the clustering
python document_clustering_soci.py
    build clouds for clusters
python cluster_clouds.py
    compute member similarity to cluster
python classification_soci_papers.py
    print file output.html with info on clusters
python print_clustering_soci.py
    print table with member-cluster similarity
python print_soci_sim_papers_norm.py
