How to get viewer count for a stream/game

More of a question than an issue, but how do I retrieve the viewer count for a certain game or stream? Doesn't appear that the viewer_count variable exists.

Cheers

Functions should handle multi-page responses automatically

Requests that return more than 100 lines of data require multiple function calls with a pagination cursor. There is a list of things to do/think about this fact:

  • Implement functions to automatically handle the pagination cursor and gather all the data. In this function, we should be able to control the amount of time between API calls, as the number of requests allowed differs for different apps (i.e. some apps are allowed 60 calls/minute, some 120, and so on).
  • When working with multi-page responses, there can be missing/repeated lines because the actual data may change between requests. How to handle this?
