when click on menu formularios, we are not redirected to page forms

we need create a generic form, for creating others forms!
I make a example with fields to are edited

we need these fields
name form and a button to submit form

we need the link to download the form in pdf
the link can keep on this name the form, tagert for "api/generate"

we need the new hook to make crud these forms!

this hooks can'be call useForm, you can based on hook useGlobal or useAuth

after the creating hook useForm, we need the create a crud, they are create, edited, deleted and show data !
all this function are need create inside hook useForm, for after call in page from a function!

we need to create a new component to mark the status of the item in the table

the component will be this badge that can have 3 initial colors, yellow, red, blue and green
