💡 Think about potentially using a concatenation of the 3 input bins as the basis for read recruitment
✅ Could help capture contigs/reads that may not contain any marker genes and would otherwise be lost in the unused bins
❎ Also likely to introduce some contamination
from metagem.

When/if re-implementing, consider grouping different bin sets into single CheckM run to shave off some precious precious runtime.
