On J1900(no avx2, have sse3) CPU board with 4 core 2Ghz, 0.5ns for each cycle.

1> leopard FEC (32 256Byte pkts / 3 recovery pkt / 3 loss)

per pkt encode cost: 0.4 us -> 800 cycle, total 12us.
per pkt decode cost: 1.6 us -> 3200 cycle, total 51.2us.

2> fec-udpcast(this code) (32 256Byte pkts / 3 recover pkt / 3 loss)

per pkt encode cost: 6099 cycle per pkt, total 195192 cycles, that's 97us. nearly 10 times than leopard.
per pkt decode cost: have bug, need fix.

So this code is really not FAST, and it seems the ASM code does not leverage any SIMD instructions, so it will not boost significant.

It's obvious not suitable for network datapath usage.

total encode cost: 3us
total decode cost: 7us
