Use redis to check existence of mentions and more sophisticated handling of followers. This will be faster and more scalable....is that debatable vs neo4j indexs? Woudl support categories well...

Consider splitting out web from jobs to allow unadulterated usage of noir as it conflicts with neocons. Or communicate issue with neocons and noir/clj-json

If a follower sends a mention before following they are identified as an existing user and sent DM. This is primitive. Need to check if the user exists then use that node but still identify that they are not a follower and send a welcome DM.

Presently the code does a search in index then a node find to get the details to construct a relationship I am sure there is a better way of doing this. See neocons tests
