Cleans up WaterlooWorks to be more UI friendly.

• Moves the sidebar to the top navigation, saving precious horizontal space
• Allow text in the job postings to wrap and not take up the entire screen
• No more excess scrolling, pagination bar is now duplicated at the bottom of the job listings
• No more clicking on View button on the mailbox, just simply click on the message

Install GreaseMonkey or TamperMonkey, and load the cww.js script.
