future: memory leak - drop does not call `flux_future_destroy`

I think the issue is similar to the issue we had into Python: the language thinks you are well and done with an anonymous Future, but in reality, you are still waiting for the callback to fire.

t: need integration tests

Need some integration tests that spin up a side instance of Flux, and then test out the functionality of the rust bindings. The python tests in flux-core are a good template to follow.

I've already started on implementing a SideFlux struct in Rust based on the old SideFlux in python.

ci: need a CI for the bindings

It would be good to get a nightly CI for the rust bindings so that we are alerted when they break based on changes to flux-core.

I've already created a Dockerfile based on fluxrm/flux-core:focal that could be used. I think the next step is setting up some Github Actions based on that image (since Travis is limiting the number of CI cycles and the Github cron notification is much better IMO).

ci: code coverage

It would be good to have some code coverage calculated for this repo. Looks like a cargo grcov is in the works (mozilla/grcov#326), so maybe we should wait for that before attempting.
