Specify and describe the backup format in XEP
I don't think that a link to https://github.com/open-keychain/open-keychain/wiki/Backups is sufficient. We need to precisely describe the backup format of the private key as accurate as possible using as many OpenPGP norms as possible.
xep-template.xml is missing

I assume it is necessary to clone xsf/xeps into xsf-xeps? This should be noted somewhere.
