How to use block chain from distributed_db.py?

When i run it, i only see the pong messages list. I want to run the distributed systems package and see the blockchain transactions and the winner of each round, how can I show it? Please help!

Fixing of slow_timeout in PaxosLogic

I do not understand why you are fixing the value of slow_timeout in line 618, what if rtt changes dramatically?

Issue in start_commit_process

I was going through your code ,
In the file PaxosLogic.py line no. 677 propose.new_block = GENESIS.block_id
I do not understand why you are assigning new_block as GENESIS instead of new block,can you please clarify on this.If I am not wrong you are referring to this paper https://disco.ethz.ch/courses/distsys/lnotes/chapter12_piChain_Ethereum.pdf
