I try to install the ctapi gem for months. Im student and beginner in progamming ruby so that i will completly explain my steps:

I downloaded the driver for my reader Zemo Gk2 from:
http://www.zemo.de/medical/downloads/VML-Install.exe

Next i installed it. The driver has this dll name: "ctVML32.dll" and possess this functions: CT_init, CT_data, CT_close

So then i downloded the gem ctapi as zip and upacked it into "C:\geburtstag\ctapi-master"

So then in my console:
cd C:\geburtstag\ctapi-master
ruby install.rb ctVML32

And then this error appears:
install.rb:7: Use RbConfig instead of obsolete and deprecated Config.
cd ext
checking for main() in -lctVML32... *** extconf.rb failed ***
Could not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of
necessary libraries and/or headers. Check the mkmf.log file for more
details. You may need configuration options.
