download the latest keeto on CentOS7 and execute autogen.sh, it met an issue：
tests/Makefile.am:3: warning: compiling '../src/keeto-config.c' in subdir requires 'AM_PROG_CC_C_O' in 'configure.ac'

I guess the solution could refer to cryptotronix/hashlet#1

I must say, this is a first:

Make sure there is a local user 'sebastian'

You should be able to compile without having to have a local user named 'sebastian'.

• put only functions and declarations to header file that are needed for other module writers --> move a lot of functions from util to base and mark static
• split up functions
• reevaluate function names
