Build out github action to build for Cross-Compilation for support for multiple archs

This would be rad if we could for one get first steps into using actions to build out releases so there's an easy download binary option but also have it cross platform out of the box using the built in go cross compilation function. Would be easier to track changes to the binary I'd think. Not sure off the bat how we could to automatic releases like other binaries but wanted to get something to track this as I think it would be pretty cool to just wget the binary and be off to the races vs clone repo and go build.
