Why nested query works but not nested mutations ?!

For example nested objects like the following does appear in query schema

But not appearing in create or update mutation schema like the following

Example isn't functional due to medgraphqlapi module isn't found

Please provide instructions to load medgraphqlapi module.

Is there an option to use DataLoader with this solution?
