Should have signal abstraction layer so any signal can be a cool signal 👍 (wavtable signal can come later 😇 )

So... "Fork-locally" squish tasks into workshop-branch, branch from master and start own development route there.

Want to do things quite differently than the planned out route in the workshop from here.
Therefore, do that. Start a-fresh; learn the things.
