Problem building environment
I have found a problems building the environment to reproduce the experiments
Steps to reproduce:
Run:

The errors seems to related to two version of python under the same env.
No discription of expected data format after re-hydratation of tweets
in the bin/Readme.md states "Please check the Readme in directory data/". There is nor Readme file in the data/ directory.
